He also served as a strength and conditioning consultant for the Oakland Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks and Golden State Warriors.

Jack Medina has been lecturing throughout the World for more than 35 years, inspiring thousands of people to take charge of their lives. He is the author of numerous articles on Health issues and four books, including “The Winning Edge: Fueling & Training The Body For Peak Performance”. He is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and a certified Fitness Specialist by the Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas, one of the most prestigious in the world.

Jack Medina’s career spans more than thirty years of intense involvement with personal health. He currently devotes much of his time lecturing to the public; conveying his knowledge and inspiring audiences to take charge of their lives.
