Natural Ways to Lower Blood Pressure: Basics

I know, the basics. . .how boring, BUT I insist you stop here first. If you try to skip to more advanced strategies without laying a solid foundation that supports a lower blood pressure, the advanced strategies will not be as effective and a wasted investment.

Your doctor has probably recommended you change your diet and increase your physical activity to lower blood pressure, as well as, discussing or prescribing medications. Many of my clients prefer not to take medications, but they're unsure what diet changes will lead to results.

Eating a heart healthy diet and increasing your physical activity should be fairly straightforward. Unfortunately, the overwhelming amount of information available makes it very confusing what steps to take for optimal results.

In the programs that follow, you're guided step by step through the basic diet and lifestyle changes that will result in a lower blood pressure and reduce your heart disease risk. Take it one step at a time and you'll achieve a heart healthy blood pressure without all the confusion and stress!

Long Way From First Diagnosis

"I wanted to let you know that I gave blood today. Part of the screening is the blood pressure. Mine read 118/76 :-) That's a long way from when I was first diagnosed with high blood pressure. Thank you for all your efforts!""
