		<description>I have been on this diet for a little while and absolutely love it!   It is the first one that has ever worked for me, and the best thing of all is that I have more energy and feel better than I have in over 20 years!  I  don&#039;t even read her recipes, I just make sure that I don&#039;t eat the  forbidden foods such as sugar and starches, and I eat in the right  combinations.  It is so simple! I would highly recommend this way of eating  to anyone who wants to lose weight, be healthier, or just feel better!</description>
