		<description>Actually Lisa, I think if you do some more reading and checking corn is being put in this aspect more for the allergic reaction.  We crave what we are allergic too and you will find that corn is huge and people do not realize it.  I was hoping that is what your blog was about. I just found out my son is allergic to it and its more of a mood change, just as my Aunt has the same.  She gets very angry and has mood swings from it. She was tested many years ago.  We recently took my son off of it and added it back and Wham!  We got a whole different boy.  I actually think corn and corn products along with sugar, fast food and all the dyes in food contribute to more of the ADD and ADHD in kids.  So I say everyone take a close look at corn in your life.  If you are a half to have tortialla and salsa and crave it think about it.</description>
